"We just arrived back home and started to look back through our pictures. They bring back such wonderful memories of our visit with you at Villa Kokkonen. It was quiet special. I am not sure if I am remembering the correct song but I think it was Paavo's Choral. At the very ending of the song I just loved how Antti pulled back the final phrase and then gently released it again and Elina was perfectly in the moment with Antti. It took my breath away. A note to thank you for the great visit we had to Kokkonen.
It was a place we wanted to visit on the way between one thing and another, but turned out to be, for most of our tour group, a real highlight. Antti’s guidance around the Villa was excellent and full of interesting information, and the recital you gave us was really moving. It was wonderful to experience the space in such a rich and integrated way.

Architectural Office Aebi & Vincent from Switzerland came via GLUR REISEN
to Villa Kokkonen for a visit of 3 hours. Their visit was hosted by Elina and Antti. In the photo above with Elina, Mr. Aebi and Mr. Vincent are about to leave Villa Kokkonen to get to the airport of Helsinki in 25 minutes. Instead of tears of goodbye there are smiles of seeing again in the future!
