LIVE MUSIC + GUIDED TOUR
Having entered Villa Kokkonen you may sit on the original chairs designed by Alvar Aalto and close your eyes. Elina Viitaila (pianist) and Antti A. Pesonen (bass-baritone) give you within a few minutes a musical welcoming you will remember the rest of your life. Live music is followed by their guided tour to the history and architecture of Villa Kokkonen.
DESIGN SHOP
At the new design shop of Villa Kokkonen our visitors can buy nice souvenirs and some of the most famous Aalto products of Artek and Iittala. All the products we sell relate either to Alvar Aalto, Joonas Kokkonen or Villa Kokkonen extending from delicious chocolate and beautiful postcards to high quality CDs and DVDs.
COFFEE AND CATERING
Our visitors may enjoy fresh coffee, chocolate and cup cakes around the original dining room of Villa Kokkonen. Excellent Finnish buffet by reservation.
